Buying a home is an emotional event. You look at different houses, fall in love with some, make offers, deals fall apart, and you move on, suffer the emotional roller coaster while learning more and more from each experience until at some point you hopefully find the right home for your unique situation.

During our search to buy our first home for our family, we worked with several different real estate agents. We became jaded and disgruntled because of the negative experiences with various agents. We came to believe that the entire industry is filled with nothing but snakes and scam artists. Almost ready to give up on our search and just remain renters for life. Then we met Brittnee.

We liked her immediately. Personable, trustworthy, smart, and compassionate to this process. Not pushy or sneaky. Finally an agent who does not try to force you into a house you will regret, just to cash in that fast commission. She was the only agent we worked with who actually told us to walk away from houses that we liked, but she knew were not right.

We finally found our home working with Brittnee while she was 9 months pregnant and ready to go into labor any day. She took the time to make sure every detail of the process went in our favor, always protecting our interests.

If I can describe my experience with Brittnee in one word it has to be amazing !! She really is a true blessing to my family I thank god for putting her in our path . Brittnee sold our condo and got us into a nice new place Rancho Cucamonga. I wasn't sure we were going to be able to afford anything like this, but she is an awesome negotiator and marketer. We got more for our condo than we expected. My favorite thing about the experience is that she is very good about explaining the process, answering questions and just made the experience a lot less stressful. This is the second time we've worked with Brittnee, she also helped us buy our condo 3 years ago. I hope we'll stay here in our current home for a good long time, if we don't, we'll be calling Brittnee.

If I can describe my experience with Brittnee with one word it has to be AMAZING !!! My god she is a work horse I’m truly grateful that Brittnee crossed my families path .. She stayed on corse and pace with me in searching our home . We where able to find our dream home get this IN ONE WEEK !!
